We offer challenging classes with and without baby especially designed for moms who are, have been or want to become more athletic: functional training, Pilates, HIIT, modern pelvic floor training, postnatal courses. personal training and a lot more.
For kids: sports for kids and play groups.
Also: Birthday parties for kids and workshops answering
questions when it comes to parenthood and family, staying a couple, raising kids and having babies.

Workouts for moms
Exercising properly again after pregnancy.
That is possible. But it is important to do it right.
Our classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of women in the first two years after pregnancy and giving birth: Functional Training, Pilates, HIIT, HILIT, Pvolve. We'll get you sweating and in shape. And you can bring your baby. We can also do a 1:1 to get you started.

Birthday parties for kids
The first birthdays for your kids are coming up and you don't want to celebrate at your place?
Come to us! We have enough space to run around and play also a lot of ideas for games and fun. Playgrounds and a park for a treasure hunt are right outside the door.
We set the birthday table, plan your scavenger hunt and, if needed, provide further support with planning and implementation. Of course, you can also just book the room and do it all by yourself.
